As a Plantation resident for the last 52 years, and city leader since 2011. Mayor Stoner has the experience, leadership skills, and business acumen to tackle the issues that matter most to you – Safe Neighborhoods, Better Parks, and Fiscally Responsible Budgeting.
She successfully led our community through the COVID-19 Pandemic and re-engaged our economic development strategy within the 441/Gateway CRA. Over the next four years, Mayor Stoner plans to keep our city on the right path with better traffic and redevelopment planning, while keeping control of the cost of living.
Mayor Lynn Stoner moved to the City of Plantation with her family in 1970. She attended Plantation High School and later obtained her broker, general contractor, real estate and title insurance agent licenses. Her real world experience as a successful business owner and as Mayor are invaluable assets, which complements the needs of the City’s administration.
